A Community of Hope for Vulnerable Children in Haiti
A Child’s Hope is a community in LaMontagne, Haiti, committed to giving lost, orphaned, and abandoned children a home, a family, and a future. Our goal is to provide a safe, christian environment in a family unit where children can grow and develop their God-given talents to become productive citizens and leaders of Haiti in a sustainable campus environment.

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. |
A Child’s Hope Community currently has 15 children living on campus and provides lunch for 300 children who attend the community school. We have seen the Lord do amazing work since our start in 2013! Five working water wells have been installed within our mountain community to provide safe drinking water not only for us, but for our neighbors. The children’s home has solar panels to support sustainable energy for the home, as well as two tilapia fish ponds that supply protein to the home. Sustainable projects continue to develop, and we prayerfully plan to create a future open market for the community on the mountain.

We are continuing to follow God’s guidance and seek to serve Him in this mission. As political and health conditions are changing in Haiti and the US, we ask you to join us in prayer to know how A Child’s Hope can continue sustainably developing this ministry for the children and for Haiti. Please join us in the Lord’s work on the mountain!
The video below from 2013 captures the vision for the future of A Child’s Hope. We are so thankful for our faithful team of twenty board members who have worked so hard to make saving children in Haiti a reality. |
Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it. |
